Rick Campbell, of Rick Campbell Builder in Greenwood, has been building custom luxury homes for many years. Dining rooms are slowly fading out. Most people are using the kitchen as their dining table. Families are also using the space, that typically was a dining room, for home offices or playrooms. We still have a lot of people that build and include dining rooms. We try to make this room special by adding ceiling customizations, unique floor designs, built-in shelves or cabinetry, and other ways to make it stand out.
Living rooms are usually the centerpiece of the home. Most of the time it is right off of the entry way so one of the first things people see when they walk in. We like to add features in this room that really make it stand out. Brick or stone fireplaces that go all the way up to the ceiling is really popular right now.
At Rick Campbell Builder, we like to add custom touches to make our homes stand out above the rest. This includes: custom built- in shelves/cabinets, decorated ceilings, custom floor designs, built-in kitchen seating, stone or brick accents, mud rooms, built-in desks, and more. We also do bull nose corners on every house.
In progress shots can be as important as the finished shots of a home. You always want to see how subcontractor's work and keep a job site. We strive to keep a clean job site as much as possible. Of course, there's always going to be a little trash here and there, but keeping unnecessary trash away is our goal.

We love our newly built home! We worked with Rick to design our home and he and his team turned that design into reality. My positive feelings about our home increased today when we got our gas bill which covered heating our home during the polar vortex. Not only do we love the home, but the bill was further evidence of it being a high quality build, as we have clear evidence that our home is incredibly energy efficient. Thanks, Rick!

Choosing Rick to build our custom home was one of the best decisions we've ever made. My husband and I decided to build a custom home when we were newlyweds, and we had no idea how to begin the process. It was overwhelming and we were very anxious about it.
