My recently cleaned carpets were in desperate need of a good stretching and I really wanted to get it before Thanksgiving. A neighbor recommended calling Big Ben's Flooring and I am so happy I did. When I called on Monday, Kelly answered and said she would do her best to find an experienced installer that had time available. She called me back and within 2 hours, James S. had arrived at my house to do the job. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleased. I will most definitely be calling Big Ben's Flooring very soon for replacing our kitchen and living room flooring

FACT, FICTION, or just BS? I saw this company on 2016 Best in San Joaquin (I believe in supporting local), so I called and explained my situation. Picture it... 6 years, 4 dogs, and 2 guys. So I asked for the pet deep cleaning, spot treatment.. you know... the works. She said that will take hours and schedule me an open day on the following week. The young man showed up on time, little after 9am. I showed him the area, and he said it will take about 2 to 3 hours. He was done before 11am.

By FAR the very best flooring and install we've EVER had. These guys are top notch professionals. Steve and Mike did our floor install, and Chris did our bathroom tile work. Very honest people. I left the technician home at my house and felt 100% comfortable. Gave their office my lock box number and i was out. He took care of my carpets and a couch that my dog was laying on. Everything was so clean when i got home, I didn't want to let my dogs back in the house.... but i did.

Had Big Bens come out to clean our area rugs, furniture and kitchen tile.... I had no idea where I was when everything was finished ! My house looked brand new!
