CM Floor Covering, Inc. has been serving Central California for over 20 years as a company and even longer as individuals in the floor covering industry. We've operated as CM Floor Covering, we incorporated in 2005 and we do business under the DBA of CM Carpets Plus/Color Tile. Charles (CEO/President), Robert and Bob (Sales) have over 100 years of combined experience selling and installing flooring.
Because of our extensive experience as installers, we put a particular emphasis on quality installations. We are always looking to involve our crews in training and bringing the latest technologies to use. The ride-on scraper provides faster removal times of all kinds of flooring materials, reduces hazardous fumes, removes most adhesive residue, and allows for faster installation.
Our installers have been through CFI level 1 carpet certification classes; Cesar is CFI certified for hardwood and laminate as well. Additionally, we have enrolled them in Armstrong classes when offered and any other trainings that become available.

Services
Though is pales in comparison to what has happened in Napa, Santa Rose and surrounding areas, the loss of personal items, the time it takes to rebuild, the emotions, the disbelief and the shock of it all is hard to fathom until it happens. I'm thankful to Charles Munoz, owner of C & M Flooring in Stockton.

This place is a joke. I chose a color they said that they have. They came to put the carpet in and it's a whole different color and not what I ordered, then come to find out it's cheaper and still paid what I was told for the actual carpet I wanted. The carpet I wanted they told me was discontinued which is why they brought the cheaper carpet. I had them come back to redo my carpet because they did a crappy job the first time with a nice real big cut out square and also broke the bricks on my fireplace. Second time around they bring the wrong color carpet AGAIN this time it's whiter

Very bad customer service.these ppl need to know how to treat customers equally.walked in lady greeting me was very nice.till this older gentleman walked in lady that was helping walks away to help older gentleman.got me very mad that she walked away from our conversation to help other customer as I was ready to make a purchase

They had EXCELLENT service when they did our other floor jobs but this last time was pretty bad. They charged us for the correct floor we wanted but they brought and installed the wrong floor and we talked to them about it and they said they can't do much. The guys they sent to do our floors reinstalled our appliances wrong after complaining that they didn't want to. It flooded the entire kitchen. During the flood we noticed that there was no caulking. Now we need new floors a week after these were installed. Thanks guys....

Great service fast and efficient. We started off at home depot with the whole "free installation" crap. We were quoted about 2k for 3 decent size rooms. Checked this place out. Got EVERYTHING done for a little over 1000 bucks. Went in on a Fri paid had it installed on that Monday. Installer was a nice guy quiet efficient came and knocked it out in about 3-4 hours. My floor wasn't a simple box room. It was a little different I was a little worried about that aspect of it all but turned out great!

I'm rarely impressed by customer service these days, but Santiago went well above and beyond to help us price and choose carpet and porcelain tile. He was patient, took his time to educate my husband and I making sure we were well informed and ran numbers to help us get the most bang for our buck. We were referred by a friend of my husband and I will now be sending anyone looking for flooring their way!

Honestly these days it's hard to find great service with excellent quality and people you can trust. If you are looking into hardwood floors, look no further!!! The owner and his team are professional and get the job done not only with perfection, but with speed and a great price! We got our hardwood floors done less than a week and they look amazing. A great store where you will find all you're flooring needs.

Someone reccomended this place and I'm sure glad they did. The service is outstanding! They got the job done faster than I expected and at a good price. I had vinyl installed in my kitchen, and they had name brand products to show me and the exact one I wanted. Even when we tore the floor moving our appliances back in, they came out and did a great job repairing our mistake. I can't say enough good things about them!
