You don't appreciate a good Air conditioning guy until you need one. My home unit went out on a Saturday night at 8 PM. I called and Alan was there in 20 minutes. Within 5 minutes, it was diagnosed and once he informed me in detail what was wrong and the cost he got right to work. Before 9 pm it was repaired.

Alan (the owner) came out personally and serviced our unit. He was outstanding and very professional! He fielded every question I had about our AC unit and gave some excellent tips! Just call them, they are amazing! He was able to help me through some common troubleshooting over the phone. I tried the things he suggested, but it still didn't work. He came out at 8pm the same night, and was able to fix me right up with one part. After years of great service, our 30 year old system finally bit the dust. Doing our due diligence we contacted several companies to get quotes on a new system. We felt that having three to four quotes we would have enough information to make a decision on the unit right for us. We had a non working AC unit that happened on a Saturday afternoon. I called the number and left a message. Alan Called back in about two minutes. He came over in less than thirty minutes. He then proceeded to try and find the problem as to why the AC was not working. he worked for about an hour and a half and was able to find a wire that had been worn by the vibration on the unit.
