B2B Asphalt & Maintenance
Asphalt rejuvenation is a treatment that restores your asphalt. Rejuvaseal asphalt rejuvenation is a blend of coal tar mixed with aromatic oils and solvents that penetrate below the surface of your pavement to refresh and protect. This rejuvenation process protects your pavement from damage caused by air, water, and other elements that can decrease the life of your asphalt.

Maintenance and repair is critical to prolonging the life of your asphalt. The #1 defense against water damage to pavement is crack repair. If not repaired, cracks will continue to spread and the pavement will eventually fail. With proper maintenance including seal coating and striping, you can extend the life of your asphalt.

Proper parking lot marking and striping is critical for a safe, efficient, and problem-free parking lot. Clearly marked parking stalls, handicap-accessible parking spaces, directional arrows, curbs, and crosshatching optimize traffic flow in and out of the lot as well as reduce owner liability by ensuring your compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

A typical asphalt pavement might last 12-15 years without maintenance. As soon as asphalt is laid down, it's exposed to conditions that immediately begin to degrade the pavement. Understanding the causes of asphalt damage and identifying when it's taking place will help you prioritize what asphalt repair and maintenance tasks need to be done immediately.
The primary difference between RejuvaSeal and Asphalt Emulsion (Sealcoat) is the most important one, Emulsion sealers do not penetrate the asphalt. Another difference is that the Sealcoat is an emulsion in a water suspension while RejuvaSeal is a complex hydrocarbon mixture that contains no water.

Our subdivision's private lane was in need of refinishing this year. We got bids from several different asphalt maintenance providers and narrowed the bids down to two. Upon studying the B2B bid, we found that their process was different. The two engineers in the subdivision (one of which is a retired civil engineer with decades of experience with large scale industrial projects (dams, bridges, and the like) studied B2B's rejuvenation process, and based on their judgement, decided to give B2B a try.

We were very pleased with the attention to detail that B2B paid our project. Both
