We received a quote on August 11th, which we agreed to. It is now Sept 24th. We have called I don't know how many times, and left how many messages with NOT one return call back from Brandon Miller! We have went to their business, we were told " oh you are on the books for next week Wednesday or Thursday" so we waisted 2 days waiting with not a show or a PHONE CALL! So my husband went back and they said " oh yeah, we were busy, but now you are on the schedule for next Wednesday or Friday" my husband told her Friday (today) is not good for us. We used this business in the past with great results

I’ve left a couple voicemails for this place to get quotes... never have gotten a call back. Not sure how you stay in business when you don’t call potential clients. On to the next one I guess.
Update: After a bit I got a call back. Guy came and was going to get me a quote. Guess the driveway is too steep so I got a “no thanks”. Well someone will be willing to do it obviously so I’ll have to find them and won’t be using this place. Interaction with the employee were fine.

I called to receive a quote for work the lady that answered the phone called me right back and said she would give my information to the person who does the quotes. Been over 2 weeks and have yet to receive the phone call to set up my quote EDIT: now that I have posted this review Brandon has reached out to me twice within the week. Unfortunately I already got my job taken care of because of the delay
