We had a septic tank blockage. Andy walked me through several scenarios and gave me several tips through multiple calls and texts. Extremely helpful and no pressure whatsoever. Did everything he could to save us money. Would definitely use Smart Septic again.

We are new to the Mattawan area and our neighbor recommended Smart Septic. We called and Andy called right back. We set a day to have our septic drained right away. I've used Smart Septic twice now, both times being unscheduled, emergency situations. Each time the service has been incredible: a team at my house within 24 hours of calling, most recently after I called with an issue at 7:30pm on Friday night and they were here at 9am Saturday morning! I've been so impressed, I moved my regular septic pumping to Smart Septic (my old company didn't even answer the phone when I tried to get hold of them for my first emergency).

Smart Septic was out this week to pump our septic tank. Greg did a great job. He was a couple of minutes early for the appointment, the truck and equipment was clean and bright, hoses new, no grease or oil or other slop dripping on the driveway. The service was great. He showed me my tank after it was emptied and discussed our usage and pumping schedule. We would highly recommend Smart Septic to others for there septic pumping or other issues.

Next, the crew arrived on time and did a great job. Finally, when I called them over a year later to find out information about my system, not only did Greg immediately send a copy of the map that I needed but he also stopped by to assist with locating the switch for me.
