We had been living in our new home for about a month before we experienced a terrible flood, filling our basement with around 4 ft of water and destroying everything we had. I was recommended to restoration 1 by my neighbor who used them this spring and sang their praises. Within 3 hours of my call, Brian had a team out pulling up damaged flooring, assessing and documenting the damage, and treating old water damage as well. He had driers installed and quickly dried out the space. He has made excellent recommendations on how to handle insurance and to renovation specialists and plumbers to get the issues fixed.
