This is a great company. Billy and his crew are very knowledgeable, and won’t stop until they figure out what the issue may be. They will answer any questions you may have, to help you better understand your septic system. They are very professional, and do their best to keep your costs reasonable. We have worked with Bill since buying our house in 2017 and he has been there for us every step of the way in figuring out our septic and its issues. He was willing to help us work through less costly possible solutions instead of the usual auotmatic response from other septic companies of "you just need a new 20k+ system.." and we really appreciate that. We did end up just going with a new septic install and Bill was there for that as well. He and his crew ended up doing the new septic install and we are very happy with the results. Bill was always honest and if he said he'd do something he followed
