Extremely happy that they could make it out today to unclog my septic line and get my tank pumped, it cost me a few bucks to clean my septic filter.... it was something I would not want to do, so I'm so very glad they are here for that stuff when you need them :) clean & prompt in my emergency situation.

We have had C.B. septic for many years now for maintenance and a repair. One year we had a tile collapse and it was very cold out. Chad worked until 10:00p.m. to get our system running again. His wife is always courteous and schedules accurate appointments. Chad always tries to keep costs down as low as possible. we just had our tank serviced May of 2017 and one of his new guys is just as nice an friendly as chad. I will always do business with C.B septic. Thank you and God bless! :)

Council Bluffs Septic replaced the sump pump in our septic system about a year and a half ago. 2 months ago my pump quit working, sounding our pump alarm, so I gave them a call. They came out and said that the connection to the pump had corroded. They apparently did not seal the connections appropriately. Long story short...they gave me a bill for $250. They charged me for the repair and the service of 2 trucks. When I challenged the invoice, asking why they billed me for a repair that was obviously a result from their previous repair, and why they were charging me for vehicles that were not needed

Attention All who might be in need of Septic work. I suggest you call anyone other than CB Septic, Chad Hancock, they started out great and on time, but when I needed them the most they drug it out for 2 weeks, 1 week was on vacation, but then knowing time is of the essence and not calling me back like they said they would , I call this morning and they tell me they are too busy to do a job that will probably cost me over $7000...
Had they told me this 2 weeks ago I could be on schedule but now I am really stressed.
DO NOT USE CB SEPTIC FOR ANYTHING!!!
