5/5 stars, technician came in, corrected another previous companies oversight. As well as solved my issue that I had called in the first place. My solenoid valve was changed approximately six weeks ago. The house seemed cold to me. I requested service to check why the humification system was not working well. TC HVAC quickly respond. The technician arrived at 4:00pm. He inspected the valve and determined that nothing was wrong. The inside house temperature was not on the dry side to trigger the solenoid valve for the humidification system to turn on. With the recent change in the temperature the valve is working correctly.

I found them on Yelp. They came out because my AC wasn't working. When they got there what they needed to look at was frozen and they were going to change me additional to stay to defrost it to even see what the problem was. He said it may need Freon but couldn't tell because it was frozen. Then he said it's best to replace the whole system because it was old and probably the original. I did not like that he was pushing a system replacement when he couldn't even tell what the issue was because it was frozen. A system replacement is like $6,000. I need someone to be absolutely

These past two weeks of summer have been brutal, and my old A/C unit finally called it quits. TC HVAC responded very promptly and answered all of my questions before, during, and after the service. I was able to get my A/C unit (motor and Freon replacement) repaired in just a few hours. This is a confident recommendation!

Great experience and great service. I was having trouble with my condo ac unit and I reached out around 4 one afternoon. Thea responded promptly to my quote request and was able to come the same evening. They arrived within a couple of hours. Thea was nice, didn't try to oversell his services and came quickly after contacting him for a quote. He did basic maintenance. We also asked for advice about how to regulate the temperature on the top floor of our house and he suggested a low-tech, inexpensive i Tikal solution as well as a slightly more costly, scanning solution. Neither were issues he would intervene in directly. He did arrive a bit late and ran into our neighbor's mailbox, but I think he ha fled both situations wells.

We have been using TC for about a year now for regular service and maintenance to our HVAC. I initially found him via Yelp and he was the only one who was able to fit us in during the first heat wave last year. He is very thorough in explaining everything as well as what to expect in the future services. He reaches out ahead of time to schedule service for winter and summer to make sure everything is working properly.
Had a double whammy in one day because the drain pipe for the AC was flooding inside and tripping the shutoff. Was able to come out right away to fix it and even helped clean up

Absolutely amazing from the moment I requested a quote to the moment he left. Thea, the owner, responded to my quote requested within the hour and was able to come out the next morning. My AC had stopped working and he was able to walk me through everything and explain in laymen's terms what was wrong. He fixed the issue, a blown fuse, and I was able to enjoy a cool house again.
