Have used EverCool for many years. They maintained my old furnace and AC, installed a new system several years ago, and have given that system annual checkups ever since. They are very professional, honest and dependable. Their technicians always show up on time, are a delight to know, provide good advice, are highly experienced, and always leave the areas where they have worked cleaner than when they started..I don't write recommendations , but these guys are the best, both professional and trustworthy.

Jared, the service technician, is fantastic. However, I do have a serious complaint about Evercool’s responsiveness. We had no heat starting at about 8:15 PM last night. The house was freezing. I had to call Evercool 3 separate times and each time the answering service told me that they were going to page the person who was on call. That individual never returned the phone calls. As a result, when a different technician arrived the next morning, he did not have the correct parts. That would not have happened if the technician who had been on call last night (and this morning) had simply called

Had a great experience with Jeff from Evercool. They were able to come out the same day and quickly and reasonably diagnosed the furnace issue. Communications were great and the diagnostic fee was reasonable. Will definitely call again when I need HVAC help.

They gave me a quick and VERY affordable quote. They were early and finished the job in a short amount of time. Great experience all around. One of the techs even pointed out a potential issue with my furnace. He didn't try to sell me anything extra just let me know about something he saw and I really appreciated it.

I have used EverCool twice--once to install a furnace and most recently to repair my AC unit. The technician was really nice and fixed the issue and for that I'm grateful. However, the pricing at this place is suspect at best.
They charged $110 for the first 30 minutes of labor and $55 for every additional 15 minutes. During my most recent repair, the technician told me he needed to buy a part from a vendor. When he returned, he realized that the part wouldn't work in my unit. Apparently, the vendor gave the technician the wrong part. The technician left for the night and told me my AC wouldn
