In the spring they replaced a freeze board and Freon, so we felt that they were ok. However in October they diagnosed that we have a problem with the air handler. ATR said that in order to fix the problem we need to pay for $2,100.00 in parts before they would come out. I agreed to pay the out of pocket, but no one ever called. At least three times that I called I got a voice mail that says I am next in the que, but eventually (more than 20 minute wait) I receive a message that says the party that I am trying to reach is no longer available, then it hangs up. Since that time I have read reviews

They had no idea what they are doing. They showed us it works by touching a screw driver to it. They left after we waited one week for them even to come out. Then had to wait another 2 weeks again for them to so call fix it. We have long screws and wires coming out the top of are AC. They said this was normal. My husband checked it again after they left, it did not work. He called them literally 20 minutes after they left. They told him to call back in 3 hours. They would be closed by then. Then we tried calling them again, they said they wouldn't deal with us that we had to call are insurance

This is the worst unprofessional company ever . They sent a technician who damaged my child’s bed frame trying to get into the attic . I was moving the bed closer to the wall , when ATR technician pushed the bed / while doing so cracked the entire bed frame . When asked who will repair the damaged bed / I was told , I will get a call back . It never happened??!!!! I called back , was placed on hold for over 12 minutes ( to speak with someone ) who advised they will not be replacing my child’s bed. Not only did I pay for my HVAC repairs , now I’m stuck with a damaged bed . I’m spending more

This company is beyond a scam. It has been well over a month since I was initially told do use them to fix the heater in my rental property. To this date nothing has been done to fix the problem and they are completely unresponsive to voicemails

HORRIBLE, unprofessional, unresponsive, uncaring "business", if they can even be called that. I would give them negative stars if I could. Have lied, postponed and given me the run-around for MONTHS and left me without air in the sweltering summer and without heat in the cold, dead of winter. I am always so nice and polite w them but they refuse to ever call me back. I only have dealt w them bc that's who AHS assigned. NO MORE. I'm demanding someone else or cancelling my AHS warranty. ATR needs to be put out of business immediately! HORRIBLE!!!

They are very nice guys but don’t know nothing about heating. 1. They don’t answer there phone … 2. must leave a message …and 3. Juan no longer works there…We have old heater and this Is fifth time ATR came out to fix our furnace. My husband said they need to order the part not just clean dust the unit … Please just do your job ATR technicians.

I would NOT recommend using this company. I have AHS warranty and they picked this contractor. Their communication or lack of and customer service was terrible. They did not communicate at all with the customer /myself as to why it was taking so long and what was going on. I went 6 weeks with NO AC during the hottest days, July / August..I have stage 4 cancer and even that wasn't taken into consideration.
The technician / installer ( Doug ) was awesome. But, the people behind the scenes running the company , not good.

Very friendly and professional company. The technician was very nice to me and my family especially the kids.
He did a great job installing a new attic fan despite various difficulties in where it was located.
He was very timely; when he said he was going to show up at a specific time he did and he worked very efficiently. He never gave more then a 30-60 min arrival window which was nice considering some companies give an 8 hour window. Then you're stuck waiting all day. He even offered to come work earlier if we were available.

After having a HORRIBLE experience with another company. My Home Warranty assigned me ATR services to replace my compressor. I was not in town for the diagnostic however, my mother was able to be there and was very impressed by the staff. When I returned home to get my AC fixed Everyone was Very professional, my technician, James Kendrick, and all staff were knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend this company. They answered all of my questions without any delay. James was AWESOME!
