I went with Ecodry because they had some good reviews and are a local small business. My family and I love to support small business. We recently moved to a new home and the carpet needed some cleaning.
I was at work while they were cleaning, so I couldn't closely monitor what they were doing. After I got off work, I noticed the carpet looked exactly the same as before they came. There were a bunch of cleaning agent residue left on the carpet as shown in the picture. The stains that I hoped would be removed were still all there.

Austin came to my home in Henderson, to clean my wool moroccan rugs. He is a really nice guy and did a great job cleaning my rugs with an emzyne foam product lemon scented.
Before he came by, I mistakenly tried to hand wash with water and that made the wool rug smell like camel piss, due to the moroccan wool, lol. Anyway, he did the job, cleaned the rug(s) and no more bad smell. Thank you Austin and thanks for the great conversation, you are very cool man.

This service is more expensive than usual because it's dry cleaning instead of waiting for the carpet to dry for hours, which I'm willing to pay to eliminate the stains.
I just moved into my new home and the carpets need to be cleaned. The stains returned a little over a month later. I called them back to let them know and they told me it would be additional money. No, no. The job should have been done right the first time. The owner who I spoke with over the phone told me that the service man should have applied additional chemicals to fight more stubborn stains. Well, then come back

I needed to get my carpets and tile cleaned for my newborn's arrival but, completely forgot it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. Everyone was booked. Luckily when I called Ecodry, Rick said he could fit me in and at an affordable price! Eric my technician was very friendly and did an amazing job! I love the one hour dry time. I will definitely be using Ecodry again and would highly recommend them!

Stay Away of unethical businesses like this!
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is deplorable! The young man who did my carpets told me that you don't have to vacuum the carpets before you clean them! Then he went on to tell me that his brother had the vacuum when in fact it was in the van but he was too lazy to vacuum first. The carpets actually came out worse and the stairs had hard white blotches on them!
I called the owner he promised to "reimburse me for the $200" but has not as of today and its been nearly 6 months!

I have reported Mr. Richard Neal to the Better Business Bureau. He gave false information and stated our Master bedroom shade was previously broken, which was a flat out lie. Please read all the reviews on this company. As Nicole stated in an earlier review, the owner lies and makes up his own version of the story. He cannot be trusted. He does not stand behind his company and is unethical in his practices. I WAS a repeat customer, but apparently Mr. Neal does not concern himself with that.

My son decided to use this company instead of our usual one as they were booked up till end of July. The carpets had a lot of debris left and the man that was here in my home was asked when done if he could re vacume the house as it was nasty and felt like sand on the floor. The man came back into our home upset and was cursing to where my grandkids could hear it and we then told him to leave as we don't do that in our house. The frickin dust keeps oozing from my carpet! even though they came again to "fix the problem", I have been sweeping for 2 days, it ruined my vacuum, and we have been sneezing like crazy! So I'm out $200.00, no vacuum and possibly the expense of the whole carpet for my house!

Great service.. Technician was on time, fast, and efficient. I really liked that the house smelled fresh, clean and not over powering after the carpets were done. There method of cleaning was eco friendly, non toxic, and dry so my family was able to walk on carpet immediately after it was cleaned. They also cleaned my couch with the same method.. This place gets two thumbs up from me! The customer service I have received from Ecodry has been phenomenal. My sister who is very picky turned me on to this company because she was very impressed. On the day of my carpet cleaning they showed up early which was awesome because I had things to do. The gentlemen that cleaned my carpets was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I'm giving 3 stars because the customer srvice was good. We were able to schedule apptmt within a few days of the weekend.
I got the carpets done a lil over a month ago and the carpets were left clean. but i didn't expect the carpet to be so stiff a month later and I've vacuumed it several times. The carpet is not only stiff but my husband and I have noticed our feet are drier than ever. We always walk around barefoot and didnt have a problem with feet cracking or dry feet.. and i will have to relate this to the solution they apply on the carpet which acts as a sponge to soak up

I absolutely give EcoDry Carpet cleaning a 100000% satisfaction!!! Chris came on time and even called to let me know he was on the way.. My carpets look phenomenal and he also cleaned my couch and throw pillows and they never looked better!! I have two chihuahuas that make a lot of accidents on my carpets and they look brand new. I love the fact that they are Eco friendly and extremely professional and Chris is just an awesome guy! I highly recommend this to anyone!!!
