Hi, this is my second time using this company and I can tell you I'm a lifer! Adam cleaned my carpet today, 8:30am sharp, right on time. Adam was very professional and kind, you don't get that great old school hospitality anymore,But everyone from the first phone call to Annie, very, very nice " Always make you feel welcome" Adam was in and out and carpets are perfection! I would give all of them A+++++ in every department, from the beginning to the end, I love them... Anyone who want to be treated Great and have your carpet cleaned exceptionally, this is the place for you!

Annie responded very quickly with an estimate of my requirements within 15 mins of my placing the request. She was very knowledgeable and professional toward my needs. Tech John was very prompt and totally Professional, very personable as well. He explained the whole procedure and walked me through the process to be accomplished. Very nice technician. But our carpets were left extremely crunchy. We've never used anything on them before so it was left by how they cleaned the carpet. It appeared that the sanitizer or cleaner they used was spun into the carpet but nothing was extracted out. It was left on the carpet. We're going to have to hire another company to fix the problem :( They honestly looked better before they were cleaned by Precision Chem-Dry. Very sorry for the harsh review because the customer service was good.

Oh my goodness! My 20 year old tile and grout looks brand spankin' new! This Father and son team rocks. Started first with getting a quote from Annie (Adam's wife) who was such a model of excellent customer service. Adam and his son came on the day of the appointment, on time, and did a wonderful job. I am very impressed not only with how my tile and grout look, but with the courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism displayed by them. Highly recommend Adam for cleaning our carpets. I only use chem dry because from my experience they're the best and don't leave recurring stains and flatten and soak your carpets like most companies. We've been in our apartments for close to two years and had heavy traffic stains from our two small dogs. Now their all clean and deodorized for Spring. Very reasonably priced and appreciate the friendly service.

We have been looking for another Chem-Dry since our friend got out of the business years ago. We tried a couple of traditional steam cleaners and were disappointed since the carpets get dirty so fast after regular steam cleaning. We tried another Chem-Dry (I don't recall which one) and it was just so-so.
We decided to try Precision Chem-Dry, even though they are based in Henderson and we are in the NW. Annie was a delight on the phone.

I should have left these guys a good review a long time ago! Very friendly, very professional, exceptional attention to detail, they definitely take their time to get the job done! I recently went and saw green carpet cleaners because I had a coupon and I will never see another company besides precision chem dry. Best in town!! Don't make the same mistake I did and see some Joe Schmoe who sends out a coupon. We were left with sopping wet carpets that we ended up having to steam clean after the fact, same stains and $100 out the window. Never again!! We love chem dry!

The first time I had the carpet professionally cleaned, he rushed and the carpet still looked dingy, then had the nerve to try and upsell things I didn't need. Precision Chem-Dry did not rush, they arrived early, didn't upsell, answered my questions, and was pleasant/professional. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good service and affordable prices.

We just had our guest bedroom and daughter's nursery carpet cleaned today. Adam was super professional and kind. He did an amazing job, it didn't take that long, and our previously filthy carpet came out looking 100% brand new. He even completely removed a stubborn milkshake stain that we couldn't get out ourselves. We will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again in the future!

Just had Adam out to do my two area rugs. One 8 x 10 and one 5 x 7. Called around town and got a few quotes anywhere from $250-$400.
Not only was their price completely fair they did a fantastic job on my carpets. I am beyond happy and a customer for life. Thank you Percision for your hard work I really do appreciate everything you guys did for me
