I hired All Pro to come and clean out our vents + dryer vent. We also had birds in our vents and my house smelled terrible. I received a recommendation from neighbors that had used this company previously for the same issues. All pro emailed stating that the technician that would be coming to our house had a list of certifications and was an experienced 9 year employee. On the day of service I was told they would arrive between 11-1. I received a call around 12:30 that they would not be to my house until after 1 as they had another job to remove birds from one of my neighbors. They arrived at 1

The quality of our experience from the first call to the follow-up call after the service was completed was top notch! They took the time to explain every step along the way and offer additional recommendations without ever trying to push me into buying more. The price was very reasonable and included my dryer vent! They were able to schedule quickly and arrived a little early after calling to make sure that was on. If you need your air ducts cleaned look no further!

Found them on Yelp. They had great reviews & I agree with all of them. Responded quickly, called to let us know they were on their way. Explained everything very clearly. We have never had the ducts & vents cleaned so we didn’t know what the process was. The guys were very professional, tidy & courteous. Highly recommend & we will be using them again next year.

I was impressed and liked their process explained in detail on their web site, which was thoroughly explained when I requested a quote. We chose both house duct and dryer vent cleaning. The technicians were professional, courteous and completely explained what they were going to do and answered all questions. The quote provided was the final cost and there weren’t any additional charges. We were able to see before and after pictures and were very impressed with the after. Absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. Cleaned out 40 years of dust from the vents. Gave me more information on furnace filters so I wasn't wasting money. Also didn't use chemicals which is always a plus.
