We arranged for Quality Air to clean our ducts. Dan was the service tech who did the work yesterday. He was knowledgeable, courteous and an all around great guy! Brad was top notch. He came out on October 5th to clean our ducts and vents. He was extremely professional, and explained every step of the process. I would have thought he owned an HVAC company with all his knowledge on the systems. Will definitely have him back out in 3-5 years to do it all over again. Don't fall for the lie that you need it performed every year. That's only if they do a sub par job. Best duct/vent cleaning we've ever received.

We had our vents cleaned by another company over 10 years ago and the experience was far from satisfactory. Brad & Danielle are the epitome of professionalism, class, and service. They got us in earlier than our originally scheduled appointment and where clear and upfront with all costs associated with their service. Great experience with Quality Home Air! Very professional and thorough. We had only scheduled duct work cleaning but when he arrived I thought of the dryer vent too. He said that he would look at it for no charge and if it needed to be done I could decide. Our dryer vent was in rough shape so he cleared that line too...in the pouring rain. Overall excellent service and we will be using again! I was also very impressed with how they took time to explain what they were doing.

Brad did absolutely wonderful job cleaning our ducts as well as our dryer vent. He also sanitized the ducts. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and we also got video and before and after pictures of inside our vents! The house smelled clean!!! This was our first experience with Quality Home Air and all I can say is WOW! From scheduling the service & the technician doing the work it was very professional, friendly & informative. They explained exactly what would be done in detail and did a great job! We have had our air ducts cleaned before but obviously from the pictures taken there were areas they didn't even do previously! What a pleasant experience. To start with Brad(owner) returned my call in a very short amount of time. He was super polite ,well spoken and full of information. We set up the appointment and he called saying he was early and on his way. He explained everything and attempted no up-charges of any kind. I left him to do his thing as the house is empty. He called when finished and a few hours later sent before and after pics. Its gross to see the before pics!!! He did a great job. I will use him again and couldn't recommend him enough. Brad is a great guy, and would definitely hire him again for the job. Our vents are clean now, and he was in and out in no time with no disruption to our new born baby in the house. Quality Home Air was also one of the more competitive companies that quoted the same work for us.
Brad also pointed some things out and handled a unique situation for us that he didn't have to do, and was just being a good guy in regards to that. No need to elaborate, just use him if you want your vents cleaned.

Great experience. I called on New Year's Day figuring I'd leave a message and hope to get a call back later in the week. Brad called right back and we scheduled for the next day! Great customer service throughout the experience, walked us through what he was doing. He cleaned our vents, took about 4 hours, and it was -10 outside. He tried to be as quick and accommodating as possible since the furnace needed to be turned off and a door cracked to outside.
He showed us before and after pictures as well. I highly recommend this company.
