We feel really lucky that Luis and his crew were available to do our remodel before moving into our new home. Quality workmanship at fair prices. Very communicative, easy to talk to. Totally honest. Was able to stay on schedule and budget even with the difficulties of getting permits and inspections due to Covid. Maintained good relationships with our new neighbors. I don't know if he's the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and we got excellent value for our money. We are first time homeowners and were expecting a nightmare and got a dream. Can't say enough good things

Five stars is not enough! We had never worked with a contractor before and we were very fortunate to have found Luis! We'd never done a remodel and I was fairly anxious. Luis was like the captain of a ship, calmly guiding us through the process, offering helpful suggestions but never pushing, and always going the extra mile. He is extremely professional, an excellent communicator (if I had questions he always texted me back promptly or called if we needed to discuss things- he never left me hanging) and he is very patient. Luis and his team were great to work with for recent fixes in my apartment. They worked on my windows, did some painting, built a replacement drawer for a kitchen cabinet, and fixed an old door that didn't close properly.
Scheduling was super easy over phone and text message as Luis is highly communicative. He's also friendly, professional, and efficient. His entire team was super nice and did a good job cleaning up after the work was done.
They will be the first that I go to next time something needs repair. Highly recommend!

Luis Baldenebro of Baldenebro Construction did excellent work installing our new kitchen cabinets in San Francisco. He and his associate did even additional work, which I forgot to get included in the proposal, without charging me for it. Communication was easy and the job got done fast. I certainly would like to hire Luis again, if I need a general contractor, and recommend him very highly.
