Ken Rahim, general manager, came to my house and discussed possibilities. He researched zoning for my area in DC and told me that what I wanted to do would not be allowed. We give them five stars. We remodeled our entire house and added a three story addition to the back of our house. They were with us from the beginning to the end from the demolition to the rebuild to the final touches. Ken and Ana run a tight ship and work closely with you on every aspect of the design and construction. After seeing the work Elite Contracting Services did with my best friends home (a total remodel and new construction), and getting estimates from 3 other local contractors, we decided to use Elite to remodel our entire home... great decision. It was time to renovate the support columns and the ceiling our carport. After seeing the quality expansion construction work Elite Contractors performed on our neighbor's house, I met with the General Manager and contracted the renovation of the carport. The quality of work was excellent and completed on schedule. The workers were courteous, uniformly attired and kept the work area organized and clean. Great company and a very pleased customer. We presented Ken with a BIG challenge: to renovate almost every part of our home under a VERY tight schedule and to work with us as we made many last minute changes to our evolving design. We are very pleased with the outcome! He finished on time and the house looks amazing. He really does care about the quality of the work and pays close attention to the details. We hired Elite Contractor Services to design, build and integrate a two story addition. Our main goal was to add a master bedroom with a brand new bathroom and walk-in closet and have a more open concept throughout the living area. The Elite team did a full renovation of our kitchen, and it's absolutely beautiful. Ken had communicated with us during the entire project about the timeline for completion, met with us if there was any issues (which were minimum). If there were six stars, I would give them twice!!! This was our first large home improvement project and we had LOADS of questions. Ken met with us during the design phase of the project and explained options that allowed us to save money, but get everything we wanted in a high-end addition. Ken was also uber patient with this DIYer who wanted to be part of the build process and do less technical elements of the work. Excellent, could not have gone better. The owner and his wife run the business and they are both hands-on people and love their work. Very good communication. They provide excellent workmanship and materials and they pay attention to detail. Great warranty service as well.
