Ivan is phenomenal. He and his team have done two projects for us: 1) put in laundry closet upstairs, including the electrical and plumbing for a washer and dryer and 2) fixed the pipe, drain, and cement around the basement entryway. Even my grumpy dad, who was a contractor most of his life, is impressed by how well, quickly, and thoughtfully these projects were done.
And Ivan charges a VERY fair amount (I'm just on a teacher's budget here) so I trust him way more than the other crews in the area. Plus, he's such a nice guy!

I can't rave enough about Ivan Llerena! He responds promptly to requests, has good rates, and does great work. In my case, he came out to fix a broken sink and replace caulk in the tub (two days after I called him -- so nice to get it done quickly!) PLUS he helped me out with additional issues around the apartment while he was there. I will definitely call him anytime I need help in the future and highly recommend!
