Tomas and his team did a great job fixing a job that was started and botched by a unlicensed contractor. He was very responsive every step of the way and made sure we were satisfied meir calling it done. We will use him for all projects in the future.

After an exhausting contractor search, we decided on VIRGINIA HOME DESIGN.
It took four months to complete the project. We love showing our new sod, deck, flagstone driveway, fence and sun room- addition to our friends and family.

Tomas is great as he lets you create what you want OR can provide ideas and plans, to bring together your vision. He is very understanding if there are last minute changes that you want made to your project as well. We have used him twice now, the work is consistent, timely, and his crew have been polite, and easy to work with. He is very accommodating and is perfect if you’re looking for both large and small customize touch projects!

We contracted with Virginia Home Design to rehab a townhouse for quick resale. The virus came near the start of the project and we were not able to personally review progress. Tomas, the owner, kept us informed on the project status. We luckily got a contract well before the project was finished. Tomas coordinated with the buyers to get the finishes they wanted, within budget. Before closing, I went to see the house. WONDERFUL I knew the general layout of the kitchen and dining room, but seeing it with the cabinets, appliances and counter tops was so much better than I had imagined. We had a wall

Tomas and his crew did an excellent job on a big remodel for my client. The scope included: Kitchen, multiple bathrooms, hardwood floors, club basement, full house painting and finally exterior landscaping. Tomas professionally staged the house and we had multiple offers the first day on the market! Everyone was very happy with VHD’s quality work.
