Called Big Bear Roofing after searching for roof repair companies. I called them based on their reviews. I was not disappointed. Called the office and was told someone would reach out to me to set up appointment to inspect roof, call came the same day, and repair was scheduled and completed within a few days. Great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone with roofing needs.

We were highly impressed by Big Bear Roofing. Rory took the time to explain all aspects of the job, roofing materials and warranty. The one thing that really stood out for us was the quality of vent pipe boots Big Bear uses. Not just the run of the mill, big box store vent pipe boots. These are of the highest quality.
On the day of the roof installation, the crew arrived on time and put down tarps and covered our porch railings with cardboard. They worked from 8AM in the morning until 9:30PM that night, partly in the rain during a brief shower. We have a big roof that required 45 squares of shingles

Big Bear was fantastic. They arrived on time early in the morning. By the end of the day we had a new roof and skylight. They returned the next day to remove the debris. They also scanned the area around our home several times to remove nails.
Their work process was interesting. They appeared to work well as a team with each person knowing exactly what they were responsible for.
The experience was stress free. I highly recommend Big Bear for roof issues.

As a general contractor, I have used many roofing contractors. Big bear is by far the best I have ever used. They have extensive knowledge of the best and most current products. Their prices are very fair. They never cut corners. They are EXTREMELY clean and respectful of your property. They stand by their warranty.
