We all know how important AC's are in Fla, i needed work on a failed AC. My first thought was to call the phone number on the inside unit thinking it might be under warranty, they were the company that install the unit .The technician said it was not under warranty and I needed a new outside unit it would cost just under $9000.00. I called Comfort Cool for a second opinion, Jack said I did need a new unit , but his price was thousands of dollars less . His work was outstanding , I will never trust any other AC company again . thanks Jack . Don, Bonita National

Found Comfort Cool on a google search as I was told by 2 other companies that my AC unit needed to be replaced. Jack showed up and noticed the age was 7 years and spent the time to investigate the issue. 30 minutes later, the unit was repaired and has been running great since.

Jack was a tremendous help in diagnosing the problem and offer me a few solutions based on what I told him about the a/c unit. He was extremely helpful and patient explaining everything to me. I decided to have a Ruud 3.0 ton-16 seer high efficiency system installed. His company was prompt and professional. In addition I needed to trust someone because the condo is tenant occupied and I couldn't be there. I'm very happy with the entire experience. Great job thanks Jack & crew.

We had our 15 year old system replaced. The quote was competitive with other quotes received. The work was performed quickly and in a very professional manner.The work involved removing and replacing the air handler in the attic and the outdoor compressor unit.Total time from shutting down the system to the new system up and running was about 6 hours

Jack responded right away when I emailed last night that my old system was out again and I was ready to buy a new one. He didn’t know me but was recommended by at least 3 neighbors. He was able to fit me in today and got my brand new system installed and chilling us down by late afternoon. In SW Florida, you don’t want to live without AC, in any season! Great guy, great service.

Comfort Cool is the only company I trust for my AC needs. I have used Jack to service our AC units on our 2 houses in Naples. Jack is always fair and honest. These are 2 qualities that are sometimes hard to find with other AC vendors in Naples. He explains things clearly, gives you the best options and never tries to pressure you into buying anything you don't want or need. We use Comfort Cool for both maintenance and major projects.
