Family Air came to my rescue! I had used another company based on a recommendation but that was a BIG mistake! After two botched visits I called Family Air. The technician they sent out was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and got our A/C up and running right away. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first. You'll be glad you did!

After being told we needed to replace our AC unit with 4 financing offers from another highly marketed company down here we wanted a second opinion. Wish we had gone to Family Air first! We found out later that our AC was still under warranty and the other company didn't even notice. HIGHLY recommend Family Air if you want an honest review. Thank you Danny and Trent!

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Family Air. From the people answering the phone, to the quick estimate, to the installation, everything went smoothly. My techs,, Anthony and Josh, were punctual and polite and did great work. Steve (president) kept me informed of every step in the process of replacing my a/c unit. I highly recommend.

I was absolutely blown away (no pun intended) by Family Air! I got 3 quotes to replace the ductwork (old cardboard & fiberglass) in my home. Family Air had the most reasonable price. One of the bigger companies wanted 3 times what Family Air did the job for! There was a slight hiccup during the estimate phase, but Cody called me personally to apologize and took full responsibility for the mistake. I was extremely pleased at the professionalism displayed and decided to give him another chance to come by and give me the estimate. Within a month, the team called to see if they could show up early

From the lady that answered the phone to the estimator that came out and the owner emailing me discussing my quote it was an A-PLUS experience.
I am new to Naples finding trustworthy companies that are not trying to take advantage of you and overcharge you has not been an easy thing.
Every worker that installed my complete new system genuinely cared and even would explain things especially Cody.
My system was from 1996 that's 25 years old seeing the old stuff from the attic was just plain disgusting.
I will also sign up for them to maintenance twice a year

Daniel went above and beyond fixing my AC a couple times over the past few weeks(sept/oct). I had several issues as it’s an older house and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. He made the impossible possible and even stayed late making sure the job was done correctly. The cats and I are very grateful for good guys like Daniel that are willing to put in the work so that we didn’t have to sweat bullets all night! Being a small business owner I can appreciate the fact that these guys pay attention to every detail and they are on top of their game. The girls

I have used many air conditioning companies in Naples in the past 30 years and have finally found one that I trust! Steve, the owner, cares about the customer and his employees who were very friendly and professional. Steve and his employees took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about duct replacement and general HVAC operations.
