These people/grifters are very unethical - stay far far away.
Deeply schooled in the ways of dissimulation - I learned this week that not all robbers wear ski masks!
This company installed 2 units in my house and I had used them for service as well over the past few years. After a unit lost its charge, they came out and did an alleged leak test and told me I needed a new coil. 2 problems - 1) they never took the front of the unit off to even examine the coil 2) - they wanted $3400 for a new coil and freon. I got 2 other quotes for the coil+freon both were less than $1800.

I've been in my new construction home for less than 3 months. I've now had to have 4 service calls on AC units installed by these clowns. BOTH upstairs and downstairs have had issues, and BOTH have required multiple service calls because these people were incapable of fixing them right the first time. We didn't choose this company, the builder did, but my advice would be to stay as far away from this company as possible. They get 1 star, only because 0 is not an option.

I live in a new development and have contractors in and out of my home for various maintenance, design, and warranty issues, on a weekly basis. Something very disturbing occurred yesterday and I wanted to flag it to everyone in my community for your awareness. I was having my HVAC system serviced by Andy Lewis Hobson Heating & Air (http://andylewishobson.com/) and the man who was servicing my HVAC entered my home with a concealed loaded Glock pistol (it was inside his waistband so I did not notice it until he reached up to work on my vents).
