Recommended Action: Check gas valve at gas company meter, check shutoff valve at furnace and check for other shutoff valves. Contact the gas company to have gas valve turned on or contact your Casteel service department. Your system could be turned off or your unit unplugged. Recommended Action: Check your thermostat and heating unit to assure that they are both plugged in.
Your indoor unit is running but the outdoor unit is not. Recommended Action: Air coming through your vent will be warm. Check temperature setting on thermostat/control. If no change, contact us asap. In the meantime, try turning off your thermostat/control for 1 to 3 hours to see if it will reset itself.

When your a/c stops working in the middle of a 50+ day 90+ degree heatwave, you want someone that is reliable, fast, and willing to educate you on the unanticipated decision of whether or not to invest in a new a/c unit. Air Atlanta put me under no pressure and really helped me to learn more about the existing unit, options for replacement and ways to maintain the life span of the overall system. Reasonably priced as well, I would recommend Air Atlanta to ANYONE with HVAC needs!

I was having problem with my heating. Another company sent someone who did not complete the job. Air Atlanta came and was professionally dressed, which I have not seen in a long time. They introduced their self and completed the work. Not only did they complete the job, they called back to make sure things were working properly. I only do refer good service. This is a reliable company and I will greatly refer them to anyone.
