IF THIS COMPANY IS ASSIGNED THROUGH YOUR HOME WARRANTY -
CANCEL, CANCEL, ABORT MISSION!
I've spoken to Jamie with Mullinax more than my mom this week. While he's apologetic it's definitely an act. This guy and this company could care less that they arrived to the initial appointment without a COI (do your research before accepting the job from the home warranty co) he didn't care that they ARRIVED the second time within minutes of a storm so there goes any chance of getting on the roof, lastly he didn't care that AFTER he assured me the technician was coming back today

If there was a 10 star option it would be my stars! Mullinax Mechanical goes over and beyond from customer service, professionalism, installation, and top of the line products! They came out and installed me a mini split which is a all in one small Hvac that does heating, air conditioning, and dehumidifier all in one! Done a wonderful job hiding… the outside wires and pipes! I love it keeps my basement cool, warm, and dry! No more space heaters which are dangerous with 4 kids and no more nasty dehumidifiers that you have to dump the tank out every other day! Thanks Mullinax Mechanical! My

Mullinax Mechanical was chosen by my warranty company to replace my air handler units. They were incredibly responsive and Jamie detailed out all the issues with the system. His team ran into a difficult installation given previous repairs but were patient and determined to do the job correctly. They were so courteous and professional!

The first job was great. The second job they did for us was terrible. Air handler installation was not done properly and caused water damage to our house which requires further repairs. This contractor refused to honor his written 30 day warranty on the basis that we put a face plate on a thermostat that was wired by his technician. He demanded more money to return to our property to investigate the problem. He stated he could not guarantee any of the wiring done by his technician yet he claims to run a "reputable business."
