The home's AC unit was replaced in April. Out of all the providers in the Eatonton area, they came it at the best balance of price and quality of the ac unit. There was initially some delays and they arrived a few hours after they had told us, but once they arrived they were efficient and got the installation done at a reasonable hour of the day. They made sure to sweep and clean up all the areas they were working in, and before they left they gave us explicit instructions on warranty registration and recommendations on care and upkeep. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area looking

Although we have conventional HVAC for the main floor of our home, our upstairs loft area and bedroom are temp controlled by an energy efficient Samsung mini-split installed in our attic. When it stopped working, I called four different HVAC companies to repair it. Two of them said the whole unit had to be replaced (quoted us $7k), one company tinkered with it for hours then left after telling us they’d be back the following day (they did not return). The only company to get us up and running again was Perfect Temp.

I could try to find the words to describe how hard “Mr. G” works, but I lack them entirely. We used Perfect Temp to replace both of our AC units, and we have not been disappointed. Every time G comes out to our house to work with us, we are always amazed by him. I highly recommend both this company, and G’s work in particular.

I’ve had to call Perfect Temp twice this year due to outside unit. They are reliable, clean, professional company. They came out the same day I had to call. I was shown the problem they found and explained clearly to me each time what they were doing. My friends and family thought I would have to pay out good money for a unit BUT they were wrong!… Jason came out in June fix HVAC for under $200 and Gregorian came out today, no heat in house, fixed unit due to lil creatures, less than $125. This company is programmed in my phone now. Very Reliable and Respectable company.

They did entire my new house and did a fantastic job!! And they have the BEST costumer service! When I had to move air bent, they made no other holes on the ceiling and moved it perfect spot instead of making big holes! It was amazing! When I have some issues, they always come quickly and fix the issues. When they cannot come on the same day, they will come next day or two.
Their price is reasonable, too! I would highly recommend them!

Nathan and the guys did a great job working at our house. HVAC unit went out , they came to see if could be fixed, and tried to make it work. Had to get new unit which was installed within 48 hours of original request for service. All the guys on the jobsite were great and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recomnend using them if you ever need service.

Very pleased with these guys. I had them replace my downstairs unit. They came out, crawled under the house to look at what they were dealing with, then asked me what I was looking for. They didn't try to push anything. They were very reasonably priced and offered several options. They did a terrific job and were in and out in one day. Using them for everything from here on out.
