After many failed attempts to get other companies to come out, Kovack answered the call! They were able to come out next day, on time, very professional AND fix my issue in a very short amount of time! Kovack will now be my 100% go-to for all my HVAC needs!!! Thank you Michael for scheduling me so quickly and Scott for being awesome! My only regret is not calling them FIRST!

I am pretty sure they were doing something shady with the previous owner. My mother just purchased a house that had some AC issues and Kovack was sent out before their close date to "repair" the AC. They went out on 8/27/21, checked the unit, and said that the grills upstairs were closed and that was the only issue. They opened the grills and said that the AC was fixed. A week after my mother's close date, two weeks after Kovack went out to the property, the AC completely shut off. We had a different company, Elite Comfort Services, come to inspect as well as had Kovack go back out

Had them put in a train in my house a year later growing mold under my house it’s now so bad that everything is ruined things that I can’t even get back! They refused to go under my house when it was installed they cut into my house to put the unit in and just jammed it in to my house. Had someone come out just ran around with his words told me that the boss would call me by this afternoon and never received a phone call. I had called back the front office lady had then audacity to tell me that they are so behind like it’s my problem. Now I’m going through another person to clean up a mess

We purchased a whole house generator. Kovak & his guys were super nice, and my husband liked them & wanted to give them a start at generators. The unit they recommended is a Kohler, and Kovak has been out a handful of times then calling for Kohler to come out. Took them 2 -3 months to come, but it would run its rest weekly for a few months then quit.
Now Kovak won't even return my calls. My husband has passed, and I think it is the wrong way to treat a customer. Another company is here now and tells me the size we were sold is not EVEN close to what it should be. A 1600 Sq. Ft. Home, and his mistake

Mr. Scott is awesome. He provided us with a very professional and efficient service. He quickly replied to our quote and came to repair our steam generator the next day. The price is very reasonable. If we need HVAC service next time, we will definitely contact their company.

Bill came out promptly and had our AC running again in no time. We called Kovac at 4 one day and they were here by 9 the next morning. We had another company come out first and they told us our system had to be completely replaced so we called requesting a second opinion. He saw we had a leak that could be welded to fix and there were no other leaks that the other company found. Very honest man, could have easily quoted us another system and we wouldn't have known better. Would happily use them again.

Had a new Trane unit installed 2 YRS ago. Had problems within a few months, problems presisted for past 2 yrs. Each time a service agent game they would stay for hours , leaving with a shoulder shrug saying" well, it's working now" only for it to stop working again within weeks. For 2 YEARS we have been dealing with this. To the point on the last visit the service tech said he has no idea what the problem has been, that he's been doing this for over 20 yrs and this is one ofthe rare occasions that he cannot figure out, so he wanted to bring. TRANE Rep back if it happened again. We'll, it happened

They listened to my concerns and addressed each one, and gave me a variety of options that would best fit my situation. Scott was who assisted me. He was really personable and not at all pushy. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me at any point. I had several estimates from different companies, they were the best choice. They installed my new Trane system
We were in bad shape. We bought a foreclosure that had been flipped and the HVAC was trashed. The evaporator core was leaking and had leaked out all of the refrigerant. I got 4 quotes from different HVAC companies. Mike came in with a great system (Trane) at an excellent price. Much better than other Trane dealers. He is super knowledgeable and just a down to earth nice guy. It was clear who I was going with. The system was installed professionally and the guys cleaned up afterwards. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. From quote to a nice cool house

When my parents needed a new Heating & Air unit for their home, I had no idea who to call. Very professional and honest, quick and to-the-point, and most important of all they were on time.
I would definitely recommend and reuse if we have other concerns with the HVAC. I might have them do a system clean in the bear future as well.
Service completed: 4 units of freon added and a leak sealer was added as well.
Cost was reasonable, approx $350 total.

Kovack Mechanical has been my go-to HVAC company for both my home and rental properties for a number of years now. Mike has helped out in a couple of 911 after-hours situations and is just super reliable and really knows his stuff. His yearly maintenance plans have no extra "fluff" like you usually see. Pricing is exceptionally fair. I live in North Atlanta and he is always close by.
