Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
This place employs a dreadful woman who operates the phones. She has hung up on my stepfather and mom several times and threatened to cancel our appointment even though our heat isn’t working. They blocked my moms number and refused calls for repairs on our heating system. Do not use this business.

BEWARE!!!!! We went through American Home Warranty to have our A/C Serviced. The tech that came out said our Freon was NOT low - it was not cooling because of the temps in our attic and we needed to install a fan - which is crazy. He also stated we have 60 days to come back out. Our A/C stopped cooling and I put in a request of reservice on day 32 and we were told by AHS we only had 30 days! We were fully taken advantge of. We highly recommend not using this company! Today we had a different company out so much more professional knowledgable and said we werre over 3lbs low on freon. That did not

Tech arrived on time but did not understand what he was looking at and reported incorrect information to the warranty company. Fortunately I have an adequate plan but the misunderstanding at best could have been costly. I did not feel as if the tech wanted to help and was getting out as fast as possible. Did not even check outside unit. Could not complete service because he did not know what he was looking at. More experience needed.

Avoid this company at all costs! Also assigned to us by Home Warranty company. Had water leaking from our ceiling, caused by AC system. Technician arrived and looked in attic, said leak was due to blockage. He did not use any instrumentation to check the system. Home warranty denied our claim because the report from this company said our leak was due to organic growth causing blockage!! Have since had another contractor out from a different company - they reported that the issue is due to system being low on refrigerant -image of results attached (freezing up and condensation causing excess water

I agree with the other reviews mentioning the person answering the phone. Jamie is unprofessional and seems to not have an empathetic bone in her body. Her customer service skills are terrible. The technician who came to our home, Seth, was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, however his diagnosis of our problem deemed us not in warranty. What that means is that we'll be needing a new A/C, and you can bet we will not be using Thermal Tech and would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Do yourself a favor and SKIP THIS COMPANY and read the rest of the reviews!!! The lady (Jamie) who answers the phone clearly hates herself, her company, her job and her life. I simply called asking when a tech would be dispatched out as we had no working AC in our house. She couldn't give me an answer until the warranty company sent a work order. I then suggested we would simply pay out of pocket if she could tell me when her next appointment is and she got all sorts of snippy and wouldn't answer. She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me after I questioned if she only had certain appointment

I would give 0 stars if I could simply because of the lady answering the phone. She is very rude and unprofessional. I contacted my home warranty company and recommended they drop this company from their list of vendors. It is so sad that someone does not have the common sense to be professional to those people that are paying her wage.

First the "tech" showed up in flip-flops to "work". Then when I told him the problem, which was Just me needing my filter replaced. He Ignores that and ask where's my outside unit. He then looks in the unit and says a part was cracked so he replaced that and said that was the problem and now my unit will start cooling. I then ask Again, now can you replace my filter(which I purchased)? He then tells me that he "doesn't get paid to replace filters" WHAT??? So now it's 88° inside and my unit is Still NOT COOLING because I STILL NEED MY DAMN FILTER PUT IN😠

I too was sent to this business through American Home Shield. Janie “the office manger “ is definitely ruining this business. When I asked to speak to the owner, her response was, “John wont talk to customers. It is my job to argue with customers.” Nice to know that’s how she defines her job.
