The owner contacted me immediately to schedule a house call and was very polite. The representative was very professional. We asked questions and he was able to get to the root of our AC issue and explained everything. The representative worked quick and in a timely manner and very cordial. I had just bought my first home and, of course, my HVAC decided right then to stop working, I gave Global HVAC a call and just a short time later, they had sorted out the problem! I then had to call them back the next day due to another issue, and they quickly solved that problem too. Both gentlemen were professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Our upstairs AC unit would blow cold in the morning and overnight when temps were lower but wouldn't blow cold during the day when the temps are higher. Our appointment time got pushed up because the technician, Casey, was available to come sooner which was great. Casey was super professional, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue (burned out wire) in no time. After he left, Mike (with Global HVAC) promptly gave us a follow up call to make sure everything went fine, which I really appreciate. Great customer service all around and will definitely use Global HVAC again!

I have used Global for over 10 years. Mike and Casey are very professional and take good care of not only my house but my office, another business I partly own and my mom’s house too. Needed A/C repair 08/2011. Getting no cool air. Selected Global HVAC from a neighborhood recommendation. Also, they were local in my town. I needed Freon and they tested/checked my heat pumps. We suspect the tech about burned up one of my compressors in the testing so then I needed a booster. Seriously, my wife and I suspect the tech damaged one of the compressors. He didn't have enough Freon and left to go get more while he left the test unit running. He returned with the Freon 20 min later then needed to hose the unit down with my garden hose because it was over heated. Heat Pumps shouldn
