Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I have a friend in Rabun that used R&M and would never use them again. He didn’t want to do a review so I’m doing it for him. They overcharged for the system and never finished getting it working. They would never return to finish the job. From what my friend says, I give him a zero.

I recently had a new Trane dual fuel HVAC installed by Ron and his workmen. They were very knowledgeable and professional in every way and careful to protect my floors etc. It was a challenge since I did not have a gas line currently in place. They worked tirelessly to get it done. It worked beautifully . A week later i noticed the temp going down (20 degrees outside!) and Ron and I were texting and I realized my gas tank was empty! He stayed on remote with me until it was up and running! I also had another Trane at a different house and the original installer came out 4 times and couldn't repair

Ron from R & M recently did our heat pump on a home we had purchased. It was a tricky install since we decided to do a zoned system to keep the upstairs and basement separate. Ron went over the house and the existing arrangement to make sure everything was correctly sized. It required the new unit but the duct work had to be adjusted to split the zones. His careful planning paid off. His crew did an excellent job of setting everything up and we are very pleased with the work. It was professional, clean and we highly recommend.

Phenomenal service. Ours was not an easy job as our basement did not have duct work installed. Not only did they get all the duct work cut in through the walls, they installed 2 new units... It has been almost a year since they installed everything.... all is great..... highly recommend—-we signed up for a annual service agreement too.

Ron and crew just finished installing a new Trane heating and Cooling unit in my Highlands, NC mountain house. My house had no ducts, this was a total new installation. They were very timely and professional. I have had many AC units installed over the years, and this installation was by far the neatest and most professional one. Ron's crew were all professional and polite. Thanks Ron and crew!
