I highly recommend BBB. The spring to our garage door broke, so the door was stuck in the down position. Our garage door is apparently bigger (commercial size). I had previously had another firm come out, but turns out they could not repair a commercial size, and also said it would take months to get that size spring. Meanwhile, Nathan from BBB came out same day, measured, and confirmed that BBB had the spring in stock locally. Next day, he was able to come back out and fix it. Nathan stepped up big time, even texting me updates at 8:30pm to confirm the order and repair time. I highly recommend

Called a couple of other 5 star companies on a Saturday when we discovered that our garage door springs were broken and not only was BBB the only company that answered my call, but they were able to send someone out that day. When my garage door broke, BBB Garage Doors quickly booked an appointment with me and not only fixed my broken door, but also fixed issues the previous garage-door installer created.
I would say I'm going to call BBB Garage Doors again soon, but they did such a fantastic job, I probably won't need to.

I have had BBB come to my house several times in recent years. The rollers of my garage door often seem to go off the track. (Maybe it was installed poorly by another company. Maybe the door itself is not good quality.) I don't want to try to fix it myself. I have an old house. Too many things to go wrong.
BBB returns calls promptly, arrives swiftly and their price is reasonable.
Nathan came today. He was great.
I have used other garage door repair companies in the past. My address book says now not to use anyone else but BBB.

Great experience. My garage door motor had died. The technician (Israeli, but I'm forgetting his name - sorry) came to my house, and told me that the manufacturer offered a lifetime warranty - would never have know this. Told me to call them and they would send a free motor, and then to get back to BBB when the motor arrived. No charge for the house call. I did this, and when the motor arrived he came back and installed it for a very reasonable cost - much less than what replacing the motor would have cost. Really a great service

I had BBB come out for electric opener failure diagnosis and replacement quote since they did not charge an inspection fee. Natan gave me the straight scoop on the possibility of me changing it out myself which I could have but we decided it better to have it done professionally. BBB's price was competitive, communication of scheduling was accommodating and flawless by text, phone, and email. Natan's work was excellent including the mounting of new brackets to span ceiling joists. Place was left very clean. Highly recommend BBB!

Contacted BBB in the morning and a technician arrived by early afternoon---extremely responsive and courteous customer service (Rachel is great!). The technician, Nathan, was absolutely outstanding! He diagnosed my problem within 30 seconds of arriving and was just a polite and cheerful person...the consummate professional in all respects!! I have put off replacing 2 garage doors and 2 openers for years, until last week when I couldn't Mcgiver it any longer .

4 hours later I called BBB and set up a quote for the next morning.
4 1/2 hours later the first company shows up to give me a quote!
guy gives me a OK price and says that it will take about 8-10 weeks as the parts are all backed up. I say OK let me sit on this .
Next morning ELI from BBB calls 1/2 hr before appt time, to make sure we are ready for him. Shows up on time! BIG PLUS

What a great experience. Why can't all companies be this quick and easy. They came same day (incredible), they gave us a new key to open both garage doors, they fixed the one key we had to open both garage doors, and offered a cost effective service to tune up the garage door opening and closing. We gladly accepted as we just bought the house and need the garage working. In and out super quickly and great communication.

From my initial call which was answered by Rachel, who delightfully scheduled a FREE estimate for first thing the following morning, to the work completed by Armo. Had an issue with the garage door so I called BBB and the representative told me somebody would contact me. Within the hour I received a call from Nathan who told me he would be at my house within the next thirty minutes. I learned late last night that the spring on my garage door was broken, so I called first this morning to see if they could come out to fix it. Nathan arrived and was able to fix it within 2 hours of me calling. He also provided some great tips. Today I received stellar service from Raymond of BBB Garage Doors. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this was warranted. He came right on time, was incredibly pleasant, and offered an honest estimate for the problem – which was a cracked torsion spring on our very old garage door system. In addition to doing the work, he threw in tightening all of our bolts (and replacing them where they were missing) and lubricating the entire system. But then once the work began, and the springs had been removed, he discovered that the problems ran deeper – and that the job would be dramatically more work

Great professional service! Got home from work, parked the car in the garage and when the door closed the spring busted and my car was effectively locked in. Went in the house and started researching garage door companies. Read through lots of reviews and BBB seemed to have the genuine reviews and they were open until 8pm! Was able to book an appointment for first thing next day. They were here at 9AM and did a completely professional job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I just had the greatest customer service experience with this company. I've been lifting and closing my door manually (and shame-faced) for the last couple of weeks, thinking I could fix it myself... eventually... when I find the right video.
