Called them to get out a blood stain and they were here in 30 minutes. Got everything out and were very friendly.
We noticed the next day that there was a spot we did not see and they came back out again in less than 30 minutes and cleaned everything to our satisfaction. No charge.

Area rugs cleaned perfectly! Cesar was on time, efficient, and thorough. Not just the once over, but attention to areas stained by spot cleaning products and spills. Rugs look almost like new. We had numerous pet stains throughout our house that made everything smell like dog urine. Within a couple of hours of the cleaning out house smelled so much better!
