Stephen Hann, President, and founder of Hann Builders graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio in 1980 with degrees in both Business Administration and Construction Management.

I provided services to this company, Mr. Hann always complained about quality work from other painters; Now I understand why they left this company. when I got hired to fix and paint this guy houses I did my best to fix what other painters did wrong". Unfortunately this guy didn't pay me for services performed. I recommend other painters to not work for this company and; Customers always make sure your contractors got paid for services performed at your New home build by hanns builders. otherwise you are taking the risk on a lien on that house. I cant believe how this builders make they money by

I could spend all day saying the things that Hann builders did wrong but the 1 star rating tells that story so I’m gonna say the things Hann builders was good at.
First off, doing business with Hann builders does teach you what a good luxury home builder looks like. Not bc he is one, but bc you will hire one after he’s done to fix all the stuff he did wrong. I would’ve never known if it was for the terrible way my home was built.
Secondly, he teaches you about attention to detail. No, he doesn’t pay attention to those things that’s what a good home builder does. This is where you come

We interviewed several TOP custom home builders when building our home in Bentwater, while most seemed more interested in SELLING us on themselves, Stephen was the one that was more interested in listening to us. While we thought we had most of the answers Hann Builders offered several creative solutions to our scenarios of desire, always exceeding our expectations. Stephen or one of his team members could always be found at our site, “Expecting what they were inspecting”. Hann builders, great personality, vision, professionalism and attention to detail.

The worst experience of our lives. The workmanship is appalling, it has taken over a year on a remodel started Feb. 7, 2018. See photos of the ill aligned drawers, the inside of the glass cabinets, the placement of hardware on doors and the peeling wood on the solid closet doors. This is just a sample of Hann Builders claim of “luxury” finishes. I wish we would have been warned ahead of time. We are hoping to save at least one homeowner the disappointment and expense of letting Hann Builders kill your dream.I hired a professional photographer to document the poor workmanship. I've worked with contractors in the past doing remodel projects and I can easily say that Stephen Hann is top of class. He shows up when he says he will, sticks to the budget and timeline and is very thorough in his communications. When problems pop up, he's quick to fix them and doesn't make any excuses along the way. The quality of the work is outstanding and you can easily tell he takes great pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend him.
