I first want to refute the negative review by "Jin L" and share my experience with Savannah Construction. I built a home with them in 2016 and had an AWESOME experience! They are fantastic people to work with, are the most fair and honest contractors, and they do a beautiful job at building a home. My husband and I built our dream home and they made everything about it just perfect! I would build a home with them again and again! I highly recommend them.

This company is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I am disappointed in their lack of professional integrity. I purchased a home in May which was built by Savannah two years ago. The home inspector found several issues which concerned me. I called Savannah many times. I finally spoke with Karla Nieves. I did not ask them for repairs. I just wanted to go over some of the issues and understand what they did so I could figure out if it needed to be fixed. The extra hardwood flooring and other materials were flooded in the garage during Harvey. I asked them for the paint colors for house and brand

Working with Savannah Construction was a dream come true! My first meeting with Savannah was January, 2016, as we were interested in buying a new home that Savannah was in the process of building in Bellaire with customization options. While we did not change the floor plan of the home we were able to customize almost every single aspect of the fixtures and interior from cabinets, to floors, to counters (even knobs & pulls, tiles, you name it)!
