I called Jarman to replace a wall unit in my second floor bedroom.
Lucky for me they sent Mike and Ron.
Where to start ?? They knew exactly. What to do and HOW to do it.
In three hours I had old air conditioner out and new one Installed-
Except for the new unit you would not know they had been in my home
Everything was spotless. THANKS GUYS !!!

I searched for a few years to locate a company that would replace my in wall air conditioners. I found this company online and decided to give them a call. They were responsive and prompt. They came and gave me an estimate to remove 2 old air conditioners and install new ones. I did my research on the brand of air conditioner they were going to install. On the day of installation they called before arriving. They were professional and protected my carpets with drop down cloths during the entire process. I recently bought two wndow air conditioners for an old 1860 row house in center city philly. In particular, the tall window casement A/C was not an easy installation. Dealing with Bob, the owner was a pleasure. He was frank in his general recommendations and handled all of the billing-invoicing with great detail. Mike and Rob, who installed the A/C's, are a great team. What makes Jarman special is the quality of their installations and you end up with a good quality-nice looking end result.

Two representatives, wearing face masks, arrived on Monday afternoon to review the location of the old in-wall AC unit and provide an estimate. Once we agreed on the new unit, a 12,000btu Friedrich Chill Series AC, and the cost including labor, the representatives indicated that they would install the new unit on Friday morning at 8.30am. The two installers called before their arrival to notify me of their arrival time. They arrived Friday morning at 8.30am with the new AC unit, wearing face masks throughout the project, and maintaining social distancing with me. They worked quietly and efficiently

Wonderful service. This was an amazing experience for me, in the middle of Covid and a heat wave. Personalized phone calls to let me know what to expect. The service men were kind and very helpful. Came on Monday, and by Tuesday the unit was installed. I am so grateful. This is a rather large unit. They took out the old unit, and carted it way. I am exceeding grateful and recommend Jarman highly.

Well, where should I begin, at the beginning when I spoke with Bob Jarman about 2 weeks ago. I was so stressed over the company that was assigned to me by New Leaf Extended Warranty Services. The company is called RTA Services, please stay away from them. Someone name Peter came out to my home and 2 days later my AC no longer worked. I searched for other repair companies and that's how I found Bob Jarman. I knew from the moment he started talking to me he was a professional and knew his business. These guys did an amazing job! They call before they come, they are prepared ahead of time for everything they need to do. Clean, Professional, Respectful of you and your property. They installed two wall units in about 2 hours and cleaned up everything. They definitely know what they are doing. Work like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend them.
