We just completed our 5th project with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath and this was, by far, the most complicated. They have remodeled four bathrooms and the laundry room in our house. The last bathroom was rather large and complicated both in size and by COVID restrictions. Standout were Marshal, who constantly communicated status and schedule with us. He was always flexible and responsive -- not easy given our rather complicated schedule (we were moving back from overseas) and Juan, who was ofter present for much of the work. I highly recommend this business and professional staff.

The whole process from beginning to end was very smooth. Troy was our lead designer. He was helpful in choosing design options, always quick to respond to after thought questions and honest from the start to finish. The dates given for delivery and completion were exact. The actual installation was quicker then expected. Sana was in charge of the project. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with the design when we were unsure of what might work best. Working with Hakan to plan our MB and powder room remodel was a pleasure. He was very patient, helpful, and mindful of our budget. He also put no pressure on us as we delayed the start of our project due to the pandemic. Sana was our project manager with the team of Grover and Oscar. They were professional, punctual, helpful, communicative, meticulous, and experienced. We would definitely want them back for future remodels and recommend them highly. The design and the finished work exceeded our expectations and we have received compliments from all that have seen the bathrooms.

We chose Bull Run Kitchen and Bath because the designer, Charlie, who really took the time to listen to our vision for our kitchen re-model throughout the entire project. Every step of the way, Charlie was with us to select materials, colors and design that fit our vision. He and the work crew were always clear about the timeline for the project. My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Bull Run Kitchen Bath & Design. Our kitchen was not functional and all appliances, electrical and lighting were obsolete for this day and age. The whole area had to be demolished. We now have a beautiful modern kitchen that opens up into our living room and it complements the rest of our home. I have nothing but good things to say about the job that Bull Run Kitchen Bath & Design did with our kitchen. Bull Run did a fantastic job on our whole-house reno in Fall 2020! We bought a fixer-upper that needed a lot of work, and Bull Run helped transform it into our dream home. They worked wonders on redoing our kitchen and master bath (see photos below). They also transformed our small laundry room off the kitchen into a very functional mudroom/pantry (see photos). They updated and refreshed our carpeted stairs in the entryway into beautiful hardwood stairs (see photos). Charlie was wonderful to work with - very professional, creative, responsive, and kind. Exceptional work performed by Bull Run Kitchen & Bath included all new cabinets, customized for sizes to accommodate a new kitchen layout. Install new appliances (dishwasher, slide-in gas range, over-the-range microwave, counter-depth refrigerator). Work also included beautiful glass tile backsplash, manufactured quartz countertops, and adding a kitchen island with drawers and electrical outlets. Carpentry work included extending ductwork for modified bulkheads above wall cabinets, a new floor-to-ceiling pantry storage cabinet adjacent to the new fridge, and new wafer/recessed ceiling lights. We recently used Bull Run Kitchen and Bath to completely gut and renovate our master bathroom. We could not be happier with the result. From the moment Hakan came out to our house to discuss design, to the time he took with us in the showroom picking out our materials, to Sana and Romero and their team executing the project, they were extremely professional and did excellent work. They expanded our master shower and made it the luxury shower of our dreams. They created a custom makeup vanity and they knocked out part of a wall to make the bathroom brighter and more open. From meeting with the designer Tracy Roach (who I have worked with before) to the finished project, Bull Run Kitchen & Bath has been fantastic!! The communication between the Project Manager Daniel & his crew was constant. Each little detail was reviewed and when changes were needed to be made, they were on top of it. We have 2 other bathrooms to do at our house and 2 at another house that need to be redone and I will be calling Bull Run Kitchen & Bath.
