NVS just completed a total renovation of our guest bath. Like the complete kitchen/bath remodel NVS completed for us last year, the finished product is absolutely superb. Glen's response is 100% false. First, they offered to let us buy new, replacement cabinets at cost, so basically pay twice for the same cabinets. Then they offered to cover about 25% of the total cost of replacing the cabinets. I emailed the service manager explaining that they were offering to cover almost none of the cost of the incorrect order. He emailed back and promised to have a proposed resolution for us the first week of November. I heard nothing further. I have emailed him twice since then--crickets. I have had a dining room full of cabinet boxes for over a month waiting on

Awesome design staff. We kind of didn't know where to start when it came to adding an addition to our home and remodeling our dated master bathroom, but the design team at NVS did a stellar job finding us the look we wanted and within our budget. From figuring out where we could save money and put that money towards other things like upgraded cabinetry, I'm not sure how we could have done it without Dawn Parker. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!"

Burke Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, and Powder Rooms - I got the full treatment from the team at NVS. We had them remodel my kitchen first - it was like a bad movie from the 80s, but the designer Alison did a great job designing. John Monteith was the lead carpenter and did a good job of keeping me informed. They were clean and any issues I had were addressed promptly. I've needed a repair on a cabinet since the kitchen's been finished but they were quick to fix it at no cost to me.

NVS Kitchen and Bath came to us through a recommendation from a friend of ours.
We moved to the Northern Virginia area and knew we would only be there for a short time, but still really wanted to enjoy our home while we were here.
We had NVS come out and see what they could do as far as a pull and replace kitchen that would give us the new feel we wanted without having to do an entire custom kitchen remodel.

I didn't end up remodeling my home (we decided on moving over remodeling), but I did stop by one of their remodeling seminars. Helped me make a better decision about should we remodel or not. They were very helpful and I didn't feel sold to. Had we ended up remodeling, I feel like they would have been a good company to go with.

My grandmother got her kitchen redone about 2 years ago and went with NVS Kitchen and Bath. It could have been hectic after she added remodeling all her bathrooms at the same time, but they did a really great job keeping the job site organized and clean.
The end results have been great. We've thoroughly enjoyed the remodel every Christmas and Thanksgiving for 2 years now. You really don't know how much difference a remodel is going to make until you get a chance to enjoy the remodel, sitting down, eating dinner, and enjoying being able to actually *see* your food (lighting is oh so important)

I am a contractor here in Northern Va area and I have worked with may designers and interior decorators over the years. It has been my experience that if the parts are not ordered by a firm that has an eye for detail and an ear for the customers vision then the contractor installing the kitchen is bound to have headache after headache during the execution of the project.

I bought cabinets from NVS a little over three years ago. I had one that was not working properly but couldn't find my paperwork. I went into the Falls Church showroom and told them my problem. The very next day, a wonderful man was at my door to fix the drawer. He saw a crack and said they would order a new box and he would call the office. Not even 30 min after he left, the office called me to tell me they would order the drawer box! I have worked with many contractors, but never one as responsive as this. I am seeing the former reviews and wondering if NVS learned from that or changed

NVS did a wonderful job for us. We remodeled the kitchen, master bath, powder room and fireplace. Everyone was so kind and patient with us. Remodeling is a difficult process, but Glen and his crew were always very sweet. Richard is an amazing craftsman. The cabinets he made are gorgeous. He takes pride in his work, and checked with us as he went along to be sure we were happy with what he was planning to do. Alison and Kris came up with excellent designs and found ways to make things easier for me to reach (I am short). They listened to our needs and created cabinets for us to store towels inside

I have purchased Dura Supreme cabinets from NVS many times, and found not only the cabinets to be great quality but the staff is also great! They are easy to work with and the selection is great. They offer a nice selection of styles and finishes. I would highly reccomend them for cabinetry for your kitchen or bath.

I had NVS come to my house and give me an estimate to fix some stuff in a bathroom. The salesperson told me about the company and took measurements. It was a good experience and I was looking forward to possibly doing business with them. The salesperson told my wife and I that NVS would prepare a formal estimate and send it to us in a little over a week. Well, a week goes by and no estimate. Very disappointed with this company. We contracted with NVS because we thought they had a good reputation but they did a terrible job. We had two full baths and a powder room remodeled. This was a 4-6 week job that was never completed. When we complained about their workmanship and products NVS fixed a few things and then refused to correct other problems.
