Pin Roofing did an outstanding job replacing the roof on my house. They were very professional and made sure to clean up everyday before leaving. Pin roofing was able to answer all my questions before and during installation in detail. They have competative prices and also offer a great labor warranty. Pin Roofing has been operating in Downey for many years and is highly recommended by many residents which is why I decided to do buisness with them also. Pin Roofing is a wonderful company to work with. If I could give a 10 I would. Richard (Mr. Pin) gave us an estimate for a new roof on our house, patio, detached den and garage. We were told that we may have to wait a couple months do to the job due to others on there waiting list. We agreed,to the wait and boy are we so happy of the wait. Our job was a complete tear down. Richard's crew was so professional in every way. His crew were so polite and always cleaned up before leaving in the day. We could set our clocks as they came for almost a week at 7:00 am sharp. Please do not use. They ripped my mother in law off and it has been two years ago. They have still not fixed the damage they caused to her house. Instead of making it right they just want to text her every so often wanting the rest of the money. Do not use because they are unprofessional, the quality of work is terrible and they will rip you off.

The workers were timely on their arrival and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. It was a smooth upgrade to our home.
Pin Roofing was the most knowledgeable and honest contractor and I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to Pin Roofing by three people on Postively Downey. I called him Wed. 1/2/2019 to see when he could come out for a quote. He inspected my roof later that day. Told me the cost to repair leaks in three areas of my house and 2 on my garage. He said because of expected rain that weekend he and his crew would the work Friday,1/4/2019. They did the work early Friday. Richard suggested I wait until Monday to pay him to see if there was a leak after the rain. I was impressed with his integrity and have now have a leak free roof.

This company sent their workers to work on my neighbors house. Two of their workers moved my three trash bins from the collection area on the street on to my lawn just to be 10 feet closer. Well, the trash had not been collected yet. I asked to not move the trash bins and not to place them on my lawn because there was plenty of room for them to park their truck. The driver became arguementive and insisted he had to move my trash cans and park 10 feet closer.

I would not recommend this roofing company to anyone. They are very unprofessional. I contacted them and made an appointment with Richard (the owner) and he was a no show and didn't even bother to call. I called him the next day and he gave me an excuse and a bad attitude as if i was the one that didn't show up. Not nice Richard!

I set up an appointment for an estimate on my new house , Communication was great at first but the day of the appointment ( not to mention he picked the day and time) but the day of the appointment didn't show or pick up my phone calls . I should have took the yelp reviews as a warning. Now I know .

I gave my sister their number because i had seen it in the Downey Patriot. We are new to Downey and my sister needed an estimate. She called, made an appointment, waited all morning and no one showed up. Very unprofessional. Not even a call back. They will be referred to no one. 0 stars from me. But the app makes you pick at least 1 star. Look her up Pin Roofing, and have the decency to call back.

Mr. Pin or Richard showed up and gave me an estimate on a small job to repair 7 broken tiles. I called him the next day to hire him, but he complained I took too long to call him and he's booked for a month. I find that hard to believe. He told me to check with him in a few weeks. So I called him several times a few weeks later and he kept giving me excuses and told me he would call me back later to see if he could fit mine in between his other jobs, but he never did. Don't trust this guy. He's unprofessional. I don't recommend him at all.
