This was our 3rd large apartment building flat roof job with Royal Roofing and it had its challenges with the city and residents but Royal Roofing was there supporting us every step of the way and managing every bump in the road to perfection. The end result is always fabulous and we are left with a high quality roof that will last for many years to come. I evaluated several roofing companies and picked Royal even though they were not the cheapest. When speaking with Gilbert, he sounded honest and explained the process in detail. The workers were very courteous and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. They did an excellent job. I am still waiting for the rains; I am sure it will be fine.

Two years ago in December I had my apartment building re-roofed by Royal. I was promised the job done quickly and waited 6 weeks!
Now two years later I am getting the building repainted and they discovered a large dish was left on the unattached to anything. Thank God it did not fall since a lot of damage could occur! SO unprofessional!!

Found this company through the Apartment Owners Association magazine. The estimator (Johnny) was friendly, knowledgeable & thorough. The President (Steve) took the time to answer all my questions so that I could make an informed decision about the needed repairs. Glad that they were able to fit me in before it rained this weekend & especially appreciated the workers' attention to detail + how tidy they left the property upon completion of a patch. Royal Roofing is the most efficient and knowledgeable roofing company out there. John was the lead on my job. He could not have been more honest and helpful. There were there when they said they would be, did their job “quietly”, and kept everything cleaned up as they went. Plus, their price was more than fair, with top quality products.
I hired them to do a second job and they were the same again.

Superior customer attention from Royal Roofing! The company came to our HOA's rescue when we had to urgently replace the hot water boiler on our roof. We had the work scheduled 3 weeks in advance, but had to move it forward due to the situation. The boiler company told us that we had 48 hours to find a roofing company to be at our building so that… when they removed the old equipment and pad the roofing company could immediately inspect the area under the pad and then repair and reinforce the roof so that the new equipment could be safely installed. This seemed like an impossible task as

We had a leak on our 2-year old roof and I was impressed by Royal Roofing's responsiveness and sincere effort to fix the problem. The leak could have been caused by various reasons which may or may not be… related to the roof work by Royal Roofing but they were diligent to investigate all possible causes. The owner, Steve Pinkus, is a very personable guy and he treats his clients with respect and kindness. I think customers should remember that roofers and contractors also deserve to be treated the same way no matter how much money we pay them.

GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR ROOFING NEEDS
Royal Roofing replaced the roof in our 4 unit building back in March, 2015. We spent $30,000.00 and only ended up with a roof worse off and an enormous headache. Two weeks ago it rained heavily though the night and I was woken up by the alarming sound of a steady stream of water hitting the wood floor in my… bedroom. The ceiling had been transformed into a huge bubble of rain water and you can only imagine the layers of insolation and wood the water had to soak through before reaching my room.
