Jake, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating in helping us with an emergency repair of our apartment's kitchen cabinets that were damaged due to a water leak. He was able to help us find a solution that was within our budget, as we were not planning to replace the cabinets if not for the damage. He was very transparent, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire process and came back to do touch ups upon request. I would use him again in the future and would recommend him.

Jake is great to work with! He does a really high quality job & doesn't stop until you're satisfied. The jobs I've hired Jake for were not particularly big, but Jake treated me like they were. His prices are fair, next time I need to hire a carpenter I am coming to Jake first.

We had our cabinets made by a local cabinet maker but needed all the hardware installed. The scope was significant - full kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms. I have searched high and low for a professional install of the hardware and came across SF Cabinet. The diligence I put into this was important as precise installation is critical as well as making sure the custom cabinets are not damaged in any way during the process. I worked directly with Jake and he was very responsive to our needs and timing. Even though Jake was busy with a lot of other work, he managed to find time to get our hardware installed

After a long search, we hired Jake to shorten the legs of our eating table and chairs. Although Jake typically works on large scale cabinet projects, he agreed to take on our small project. He asked detailed questions and told us about the potential challenges due to the style of the chair legs.
We brought Jake the table and one chair to see in person before committing to this project. He was indeed able to shorten the legs on both pieces, smooth down, balance and stain them. Later on we gave him the three remaining chairs.

I had a unique project where I wanted to remove an indoor stove from the family room and transform it into an AV Cabinet. I contacted multiple outfits for the project but the project was either too small for them or it was months out due to work load. I finally found Jake who was interested in taking on the job and did nothing short of a great job on the cabinet. His wood working skills and attention to detail are second to none. Customer satisfaction is his number one concern and you will see it in his work and communications.

We originally were having trouble finding a cabinet maker. Luckily we found Jake and we are so happy with how everything turned out! He built a custom closet and a custom bench for us. (see picture) His communication was excellent and he was accurate with his time of completion. I like working with good people and people I can trust and Jake fits that criteria. A pleasure to do business with. 100% would hire him again!
