Very poor Customer service, The office was rude , When I ask to speak to the Owner I was told that She is the Owner, and that she has the right to refuse service to anyone. I just wanted my Ac repaired, I'm on an Oxygen machine and it's hard to breath in this heat. Do not waste your time on these Crooks .

They went way out of their way when my A/C died, to see that I did not have to wait through the weekend to get relief from the heat. I will be forever grateful to them. Ken's has done several jobs for us on our house and relatives. Ken has personally been out to the jobs. Sold me what I needed. I left my house open for him to come in and change my unit and left him a check. He did a great job!!! Very trustworthy. Also, they repaired my old unit before it broke and they did a great job on the repairs. Very knowledgable about everything. Would recommend to anyone.
