This company was recommended to me via a trusted custom home builder in the area. I was very happy that they came within 30 mins of my call, late on a Friday afternoon. The gentleman named Brian was courteous, masked, and solved my problem very satisfactorily. The fact that it turned into a Friday evening call was not a problem for this company and I was not charged additional for that. My heat had gone out and they diligently worked to figure out the problem and got my heat going.

We called HD appliance On January 5th 2019 To ask for a repair for our Samsung Washer, as we know that not all appliance repair companies work on Sansung They sent out a repair person, they knew we had a Samsung Washer and what make and model. He on arrived Jan 8 approximately, and took the machine apart, looking at the insides and said that there were two motherboards that were burned out. He was on the phone for a long time talkin to someone on the phone which he said was about ordering the parts. I received notice that H D Appliance had sent their $60. charge thru on Jan 9th for the referal

I tried to give this man ample time to respond to my messages and calls before I wrote this review, he's out with a hip replacement and his son is running his service calls, but he obviously has no idea what he's doing on a RUUD system and doesn't have the ability to think things through. What should have been a simple thermostat install, turned into them leaving my outside unit exposed, the fan continually running and no heat over the weekend. The helper, not the son, he stayed in the van, did end up bringing back my credit card information and explaining to me that they did not
