We couldn't be more pleased with the products and service we received from Prescott Window and Door. Living in a historic neighborhood, we had specifications on the look and feel we wanted and needed to achieve. We started our process with Gene who came up with great designs and suggestions for our 4 doors and windows throughout the entire house. Once our order was in, the install went smoothly. Nice group of guys. Professional and also friendly. We had 2 pieces of glass that were defective and needed replacement. They were promptly ordered and installed when they arrived. We couldn't be happier

I can't say enough great things about Prescott Window and Door. The cost was fair and the service was fantastic! I had two patio doors installed. The installation was quick, clean and easy. I would completely trust them with any job. I only wish I had more doors and windows so I could use their service again!

I had been thinking of window replacement for some time and then met with Rick Lewis about the products available and the benefits of installing the windows. Once I decided to replace the windows, I couldn't have been more pleased. A follow-up visit to measure the exact window sizes, and then the amount of detail that was exercised installing the new windows was more than I could have hoped for. The end result was beautiful and I hope within this year to have the remaining 4 windows replaced. I highly recommend this business for the quality of work and the beautiful end result.

The install was efficient, the door works great and it's exactly what was promised. The employees - the office staff, sales guy, coordinator and installers were ALL friendly and professional. I can totally recommend this company and they will be my first call for any future door or window needs at my house.

I needed to replace windows in a home I recently purchased in Prescott. Some windows were original and nailed shut. Others were out of code or very inefficient. I thought it was going to cost a small fortune, and after a getting a few estimates, I hired Prescott Door and Window. I compare prices, but for something like this I like to shop for quality. They were highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Gene, my sales rep was knowledgeable, professional and personable. His estimate was well detailed and very fair.
