Excavation - JAR has the ability to perform major and/or minor excavation. JAR has performed projects with well over 50,000 cubic yards of excavation which included haul off and disposal of material. Subgrade - JAR can scarify grade and compact different native or imported soils to contract requirements.

El Paso is being impacted by the poor construction management skills of this company. The project on Mesa and other projects are not properly phased out thus causing the people of El Paso to spend even more money on detours and gas. Please include more traffic control and scheduling in your bid.
