Plowed the main streets within our complex, but not the residential areas where it truly mattered. If I cannot get out of my driveway, it does not matter whether the main streets were plowed! I did not see anyone plowing until it was pretty much all melted. We were informed that their trucks couldn't move the snow which is absurd as I could move the snow with my body and shovel! I shoveled the street myself so I could get out of my driveway after missing 1.5 days of work which was quite ridiculous and unnecessary! If you are contracted with an HOA I would expect that you would have been more responsive

Emerald Isle is a great place to work at. I have been with the company for over 2 years already and I couldn't be any happier with my career. They are always making sure we learn the most so we can apply it at work. The human resources department is the best by far. They always do their best to help their employees. The supervisors are all very nice. I totally recommend them!

Can't say enough about Emerald Isle. They have done an amazing job taking care of our community with all of the snow we have been getting. Their workers are extremely polite. These guys work endless hours through difficult weather and deserve a big thanks for all they do.

Abhorrent service and business practices. I don't write reviews for companies often, but this has gotten worse and worse as things have gone on.
We hired Emerald Isle for Landscaping and a lot of issues we took as first year unknowns for a while. Sadly, they fired our account manager, but we discovered, after he was gone, that the issues were not his fault and it was an overall management problem from the top down. Luke is the General Manager of the location we received service from, and he was horrible to work with.
We signed a snow removal contract before the landscaping contract was complete

Hired by HOA and only way I'd ever deal with them. Last week they ran a mower over a gutter flattening it beyond repair. This week they cut our roses using a weed whacker and obliterating them beyond recognition. If that wasn't enough they even knocked my plant off the ledge onto the ground and just left it there. When confronted by my fiance they just commented,"oh my bad." Quite professional I'd say. Maybe they should also trim the overgrown bush next to my office window, instead of a perfectly good rose bush. Would never do business personally and will submit a complaint with my HOA.

I am very happy with the work that was completed at my residence.
Josh has been very accommodating for the work that I needed to be done. His crew that came out for the work were very friendly and wanted to do a great job here which they did. I would recommend Emerald Isle Landscaping, for the great company that they are.

They came Monday cut the bushes, left a mess, thinking they were coming to clean up the mess Tuesday because that was the schedule for my street, noo they came cut the grass cut around it and left there. They started couple months ago with the maintenance, the first 3 weeks cut the front, not the back. Lol. They have never trimmed our back yard, go around the bushes and don't cut close to the plants, they don't even pass the leaves blower Such a mediocre job.
