Late Winter , we paid for a package from Andy for snow removal and window cleaning. We had 3 snow removals left in the package. We called when the first snow of Autumn came and Andy refused to honor the package stating that the package expired after the last snow fall of spring . The contract did not say that, Andy acknowledged that it didn't say that. We paid for 3 snow removals that were never done.

I had my gutters cleaned by Andy’s November 2019, after the rain stopped and snow began. I asked that they pay special attention to an area that drops rain over the side of the gutter. We just had our first big rain last night, and the very spot that I asked them about, poured water like it did before. My beautiful morning glories are ruined. Now I have to pay for someone to come out to take care of this again. Very displeasing.
