I would recommend WNC Chimney Solutions. They were easy to schedule. Their technician reminded us of the upcoming work day. The cleaning was successful and afterwords we were provided a report of the work performed. They also provided a quote of all the repairs they recommend based on their observations.
Head's up to future clients; they require payment at the time of the work completed. And to make the payment they took a photograph of the our credit card. I assume this is an acceptable practice but it is new to me.

The technicians were on time and nice. However I called to have my late 70's chimney swept and was told, after 2 months waiting for my appointment and $400 later, that they couldn't do it. It would have been more professional to explain on my initial call that they only sweep chimneys that are free from defects and up to code. If you have an older chimney and simply want it swept, save yourself several hundred dollars and call a different company.

We had an excellent experience with Chimney Solutions. The guys were prompt, professional and answered all of my questions. The stove installation was not an easy task but they handled it with ease.
