I had a water loss and called several companies to give estimates before finding a1 water damage restoration . Tony is a nice guy , upfront and honest ,and he even helped me with filing my claim ; all while being 2000$ more affordable than the closest other company. His company took care of the water loss ,rehung the drywall, textured and painted. Tony was absolutely awesome to work with! We found mold this morning and I have been feeling really ill lately. Due to having Chronic Lyme Disease, I am at a very high risk for mold toxicity. Tony was able to work around my schedule and come take a look the same day! He found mold in more spots than we knew about and will be working with my landlord for the remediation.

Great company to have on your side, in an emergency situation. I have used them in the past for some water damage at my house. They took care of the entire process even handling all the home insurance paper work. But recently we took on a huge project and bought a bar in Denver, after all the work that was done it left us in such a dusty mess that we just couldn’t seem to get a handle of! Wes came the same day to drop off a Hepa Air Scrubber and 2 air blowers to circulate the air! I cannot believe the impact! After just a few hours I could feel the difference in the air! Tony and crew were at our house within an hour of calling him when our basement flooded on a Sat. night. There was an insane amount of work to do and his crew came daily and worked long hours until the job was done. Tony stayed in touch throughout the entire process. I could text or call him at any time of the day or night & he would promptly respond. We would highly recommend A-1 Restoration to friends and family.

I reported mold to my landlord and he sent Tony out to look. Tony confirmed there was mold and then he sent Julio over here the same day and they started removing the mold from my bathroom. It was all done in two days and I was really impressed with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or mold issues. I will use them again in the event I need their services, no questions.

AWESOME SERVICE!! My rental property had water damage from a blown hose on the hot water heater. The damage went into an adjacent bedroom, blowing a hole in the wall, damaged carpet and pad, and baseboards. Tony was at the house within 30 minutes of my call to him. He had soaked up the water, pulled the carpet and had fans going within an hour from the time I called! The wall and pad and baseboards were replaced and the job completed within 2 days! AWESOME SERVICE! Thank you Tony for a job well done!
